WHEY-OUT UPDATE:
                        We're back (...Almost)!

Thank you to all of you who have contacted us with your support and inquiries about when we'll start making the chocolate again. And I'm happy to report we're almost there: We have our business license, resale permit and necessary permits (we've jumped through so many hoops that we've been approached as a new act for Barnum & Bailey), and we're in the process of locating our production facility. Our plans are to resume taking orders by the beginning of March, in time for Easter.  

We've also flip-flopped on name changes, and have finally settled on Whey-Out Delights, since it represents the expanded line of treats we plan on offering in the future. Our mission still remains the same though: Providing chocolates, confections and other treats that are safe for people with food allergies and other specialized diets. And speaking of "other treats"...  

                               Let them eat cake!  

As the mother of a food-allergy kid, I remember how my daughter used to envy other kids who had professionally decorated bakery cakes at their parties, and I still see her sigh when we visit a restaurant with a dessert case full of treats that are forbidden to her. So, for those of you in the Sacramento-metro area, we will soon be offering allergy-friendly birthday cakes and other baked desserts for special occasions. Watch for further updates! 

So stay tuned: A new look and chocolate opportunities are just around the corner. We look forward to serving our previous customers again, and making new friends as well.
